EATRIGHT® (Fermented 'In-Part', Cultured) BROWN Rice Flour
This is no ordinary organic [*] BROWN rice flour. A reassembled [1], partially fermented, "functional" [L foveo] gist with proprietary processing and low dose, high impact [^] plant origin probiotic cultures. It is a stand-alone product but can also be an EATRIGHT® ingredient.
We start with certified organic BROWN rice ("seed")...important source of water-soluble and water-insoluble dietary fiber; a good source of protein, niacin (vitamin B3), thiamine (vitamin B1), vitamin B6, magnesium, manganese and phosphorus; a source of zinc and potassium (ref: NZ Food Composition Data (FCDB) [**]) with 703 identified enzymes including EC 3.2.1.1 alpha-amylase, EC 3.2.1.41 pullanase, EC 5.3.4.1 phytase, EC 4.3.3.6 glutamine hydrolysing…vitamin B6 metabolism et al (ref: Schomburg D et al.
