EATRIGHT® Brown (Fermented, Cultured) Rice Flour
This is no ordinary certified organic brown rice flour. A reassembled [1], fermented, full of flavor, "functional" [L foveo] flour with a proprietary mix of low dose, high impact [2] plant origin probiotic cultures.
We start with certified organic brown rice...an important source of water-soluble and water-insoluble dietary fiber; a good source of protein, niacin (vitamin B3), thiamine (vitamin B1), vitamin B6, magnesium, manganese and phosphorus; a source of zinc and potassium (ref: NZ Food Composition Data (FCDB)) with 703 identified enzymes including EC 4.3.3.6 pyridoxal 5'-phosphate synthase (glutamine hydrolysing)…vitamin B6 metabolism (ref: Schomburg D et al.
