EATRIGHT® Terroir Specific SuperSEEded Crackers (version four)

This superfood cracker is a forth update on the original EATRIGHT® ‘LSA meal’ prototype with phytate reduction processes. The seeds include 'neglected and underutilized food crop' (NUFC) pumpkin seeds (source of salicylic and GABA or g-aminobutyric acids) and are within a cracker matrix to further improve overall digestibility. We have called it the EATRIGHT® Superseeded (version 3.0) Cracker(s), due to the unique (balanced blend) of three flax types; cert. organic unhulled flaxseed or linseed (source of omega-3 fatty acids 28g/100g), native NEW ZEALAND whole flaxseeds (harakeke [1]) and cert. organic ground prebiotic flax fibre.

Also included is 'hard-to-find specialty' horopito [2]: a NEW ZEALAND 'mountain product' medicinal bush 'pepper' (a natural preservative synergist) with high concentrations of polgodial (a powerful active component used to combat yeast infections [faster acting in comparison to common antibiotics [3] and subsequent testing comparisons to specific anti-fungal medications], powerful antioxidant flavonoids ie quercetin and taxifolin). When possible, organic New Zealand heritage (Akaroa Long Red) carrots are sourced.
